Here is a view of the kitchen from the great room area.
The picture here was taken from the kitchen area near the door between the kitchen and the laundry room and looking toward the peninsula between the kitchen and dining room. This peninsula is where the cook top will be.
Below you can see the cabinets in the master bath. The boxes are lights that go over the two sinks and medicine cabinets (once the medicine cabinets are put up).
Kathy had them build a little make-up area to the right of the shower and to the left of where the toilet will be.
The yellow square is a plastic wall insert that will eventually be tiled over. It will allow things like shampoo to be placed on these little shelves.
The area below is outside the master bedroom and it will eventually be screened in so we can enjoy it during the fall and spring without being eaten alive by mosquitoes.
The master shower doesn't have tile on it yet, but below you can see the Durock walls and whatever it is on the floor. The shower door is 3 feet wide and there isn't any threshold at all so that if Kathy needs to use a wheelchair to go into the shower she could roll straight into it from the tile bathroom floor into the shower.
The picture below is looking into the elevator shaft from the main floor down one floor to the basement. There is drywall on the walls.
